Full Congress Registrations
Full Congress Registration: Fees include attendance to all congress sessions from September 3rd-5th 2019, access to the trade exhibition area, tea breaks and lunches for the duration of the congress, a Welcome Reception ticket, a Conference Dinner ticket, exclusive congress materials and lanyard. Please note Masterclasses are an additional cost.
The Non-Member & Student Non-Member fees are inclusive of 12 months’ Simulation Australasia membership.
Day Registration: Fees include attendance to all congress sessions on day of registration, access to the trade exhibition area, tea breaks and lunches for the day registered, exclusive congress materials and lanyard.
Day Registrations do not include any social functions. If you would like to attend the Welcome Reception and/or Conference Dinner, you can purchase tickets for an additional cost.
The below registration types are for those wanting to attend the Exhibition only and not the programmed sessions.
Registration Cancellation Policy
By completing and submitting the registration form, you are indicating your intention to attend the Australasian Simulation Congress and you will be liable for a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend.
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing (fax or email), to All Occasions Group, firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration cancellations received up to 30 days prior to the Congress will receive a full refund, less a $120 administration fee. • Registration cancellations received less than thirty (30) days and up to seven (7) days prior to the Congress will receive a 50% refund. • No refunds will be given for registration cancellations received within seven days of the Congress; however a substitute delegate may be nominated. • Refunds from hotels, tour companies or other related business will be at the discretion of the supplier.
