Kevin Galvin is a Systems Capability Researcher (Advanced Architecture Concepts) with Thales UK Research & Technology, based in Reading. He joined Thales after 34 years’ military service in the British Army. He has over 20 years’ experience in architecture development and C2 interoperability including C2 to simulation. He was the Co-Chair of the SISO C-BML Study Group that established a C-BML PDG and its Co-Chair until 2008. He is now Co-Chair of the C2Sim PDG. He was a member of MSG-048 and MSG-085 and now a member of MSG-145. He is supporting the UK MoD Dstl on the use of C2Sim standards. He has a Master’s degree in Defence Modelling and Simulation from Cranfield University.
