Inspector Bruce Budge has 34 years’ experience with Queensland Fire and Emergency Services. Starting as a firefighter in 1987 and progressing to Station Officer in1998 , Bruce has been an Inspector since 2013. Since 2004, Bruce’s work was focused on managing the Operations Doctrine of the QFES till 2018. In 2018 Bruce was assigned to the position of Manager of Digital Learning Deployment at the School of Fire and Emergency Services Training within QFES. In this position, Bruce started to lift the profile of the use of extended reality technology and its application in emergency services for training and operations. |
